Retrieve chemical compounds from inventory for weighing and packaging

Ensure all chemical compounds are returned and stored appropriately

Inspect, verify, and confirm order accuracy and correct product labelling before final packaging

License provisioning for self-managed products

Attention to detail is a critical skill required for this role

Experience of SFDC / CPQ or similar CRM essential

Reporting, Dashboarding and analytical skills very helpful (but can be developed on the job)

Sales Support for Quote creation and approvals in CPQ

·Experience in project management, ERP software, and CET Storyboard is considered an asset

·Issue purchase orders to all vendors via electronic interface with Order Management standards and timelines

·Confirm acknowledgements against order; follow up for missing acknowledgements, investigate and resolve discrepancies

·Maintain ongoing communication with internal team to assist in customer experience

·Provide Finance department assistance in bank deposits, credit card payments, and other administrative duties as required

·Previous experience in systems furniture and/or office interiors procurement is preferred

Work experience in receiving, order processing & shipping an asset.

Selection of orders from warehouse inventory utilizing wire carts.

Checking of orders for accuracy and completeness.

Packing of orders for shipment.

Perform cleaning duties within the warehouse.

Perform other tasks as requested or required.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirement

Assemble orders for shipment to stores

Physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching

Occasionally lift over 88 lbs

Two person lift required for weights exceeding 50 lbs

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Completion of secondary education or equivalent

Previous warehouse experience with experience driving a pallet truck

Strong oral and written communication skills

Pay: $23.34/hour to $27.67/hour + Productivity Incentives up to $10/hr

Shift: Sunday to Thursday 1pm-9pm and Monday - Friday 1pm-9pm

Performs other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager and Supervisors.

High volume warehouse experience using a pallet jack and/or forklift is beneficial

Ability to describe and recommend menu items
