We are looking for an Order Entry Clerk to join our team.

·Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility would be an asset.

·Control production for accounts with Supervisor

·Communicate with the customers via email and phone.

·Experience in project management, ERP software, and CET Storyboard is considered an asset

·Issue purchase orders to all vendors via electronic interface with Order Management standards and timelines

Verify, audit and process all sales orders with accuracy of product line, product options, measurements, configurations, pricing, contract, and commissions calculations.

Previous related experience with the steel industry would be nice.

Day-to-day processing of all orders received via email, phone, walk-in customers, and from outside sales reps

Order processing also includes the handling of cash, debit, and credit card payments.
