Overview An Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team. This includes tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. The Operations Administrative Assistant must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Detailed Job Description The Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team. This includes tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. The Operations Administrative Assistant must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. The Operations Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that all operations tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The Operations Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Previous administrative experience
