Vendor invoice management: OpenText Process configuration

Product vendor Management with OpenText, patch upgrade and issue resolution

Relevant experience developing and configuring applications for OpenText Content Server

- Good understanding of client ref data and client master setup / Data requirements

- Experience of Security Referential data is good to have

-Experience with Markit EDM – minimum 4 years

- Good to have experience of Golden Source Client Master module impl/setup/tech configuration

Pathology experience, keyboarding and computer skills are assets

Current experience in Anatomic Pathology at DynaLIFE is an asset.

Previous grossing experience is an asset

Previous Histotechnician experience is an asset

Prepares specimen for gross dissection

Responsible for performing surveillance and source inspection either remotely or at the supplier’s facility.

Review certification of NDE materials used by supplier.

Perform visual, dimensional, or Non Destructive Examination inspections of components, assemblies, forgings, castings, fabrications, etc. against Purchase Order requirements.

Degree or diploma in technology or equivalent working experience.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, CSA N285.0 and N299 quality programs is an asset.

Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles.

Knowledge of OpenText Change Management and its implementation.

Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the effective integration of the OpenText Change Management system with other enterprise systems.

Support Change Management for Unit Transitioning / Handholding

Conduct data analysis and develop data mapping and transformation requirements.
