Excellent project management and negotiation skills

Implement an emergency management plan

Report any by-law or policy infractions with CCTV and / or Photo evidence to the Property Management Company when applicable

Prepare bi-weekly status reports for the Board and the Management company to inform of general happenings

A minimum of 2 years experience as a residential building manager or in a similar role

Set up and manage access control system to ensure safety of building residents

Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

C.E.T., equivalent technical training or very strong trade/field experience and knowledge may be acceptable.

Knowledge of all provincial OHS regulations in Western Canada.

Appropriate level of construction experience.

Mechanical knowledge considered an asset

Keeps Field Services Management up to date on continuing challenges and issues that may impact SLA's or Customer Satisfaction

Maintains sound knowledge and understanding of current methodologies, geographies, supporting teams, services and tools

High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred

Minimum 3 years experience in related field

Strong verbal and written communications skills especially with end users in retail, healthcare, and financial lines of business

Consistently provides and updates notes, feedback, or documentation via the appropriate ticketing systems to track and monitor cases
