Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the applicable CCMB policy

Three (3) years’ experience within settings such as medical/surgical or ambulatory care

Previous experience in chemotherapy administration and IV insertion

Therapeutic area experience in Uro-Oncology, strongly preferred

Be responsible for building, managing, and coaching a high-performance team of MSLs in Oncology.

Contribute to the professional development of MSLs through training, coaching, mentoring, including conducting needs assessments, developing, and implementing MSL training plans.

Deliver medical training to sales force and other departments as necessary and ensure their appropriate level of medical/product knowledge

Adept at coordinating/leading multifunctional teams, projects and initiatives for remote or geographically dispersed teams.

Knowledge of clinical trial design statistics and pharmacokinetics.

Engage with Medical Experts (MEs) to educate on medical/scientific information

Develop and execute ME engagement plans to effectively prioritize and strategically engage MEs aligned with country strategy

Respond to unsolicited requests for information from MEs

One year Secretarial or Business course or equivalent education and experience

One (1) year experience in the clerical field

Demonstrated knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Typing correspondence and reports using medical terminology

Receipt and distribution of mail

Demonstrated excellent presentation, writing, and project management skills

Interprets data and applies knowledge of regulatory/compliance/scientific requirements to document preparation

Applies knowledge of regulatory medical writing and therapeutic area/investigational product to support pipeline projects

Is recognized as a scientific contributor and subject matter expert in preparation of selected regulatory clinical documentation

Represents medical writing in cross-functional teams

May participate in orientation and coaching of junior team members or contractor writers

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the therapeutic area of Hemato-Oncology (both basic and clinical literature) is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to acquire and maintain product, disease, and competition knowledge.

Effective communication, stakeholder, influencing skills and programme management.

PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.

Experience of companion diagnostic tests or patient biomarker/segmentation tools in clinical development.

Experience of Precision Medicine approaches and diagnostic development within the relevant therapeutic area.

Significant previous experience in a similar role in different companies.
