Lead activities in service level management in partnership with our regions and vendors to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Keep up to date on required regulatory/compliance requirements and ensure compliance across the function

Manage and drive resolution in any escalated operational delivery risks or issues

Track and analyze trends, deliver monthly payroll reports, and manage team resources and vendor performance to achieve payroll service performance

Experience with SAP Payroll, either on premise or in-cloud

The life of the Sr Manager North American Payroll includes:

Achieve consensus amongst business, engineering, and analytics teams to identify data requirements to support high-quality analysis.

6+ years experience in technical data roles, demonstrating expertise in transforming, shaping, querying and using data to guide decisions.

BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, OR equivalent experience

Experience in data modeling and structuring data to optimize retrieval performance

Experience in a consumer products-oriented industry; gaming, entertainment, or e-commerce

Experience in data modeling, analytics engineering, writing ETLs

•5 to 7 years of experience in an AP management role

•Manages monthly and quarterly closing and posting of AP records to meet reporting deadlines

Greater Toronto Area ** HYBRID WORKING MODEL 3 Days in office rest work from home **

Based on experience, plus Bonus 10%

•Strong leadership skills with ability to foster continuous departmental improvement

•Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
