Overview Network Specialists are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining computer networks. They are responsible for ensuring that networks are secure, reliable, and efficient. They must be able to troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support to users. Detailed Job Description Network Specialists are responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining computer networks. They must be knowledgeable in a variety of networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. They must be able to configure and troubleshoot network hardware and software. They must also be able to diagnose and resolve network issues. Network Specialists must be able to provide technical support to users and ensure that networks are secure and reliable. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot network hardware and software
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues
• Ability to provide technical support to users
• Knowledge of network security and reliability
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certification in networking technologies, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Experience with network design and implementation
• Knowledge of network security and reliability
