NATIONAL PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR Jobs in Quebec

Responsible for the procurement, maintenance and/or refurbishment of hardware, software, and inventory management.

Manage contact between external IT suppliers, vendors or contractors

Data entry and keep all the records updated in the system

2+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Strong Computer skills (Microsoft office- Word, Excel, ERP Systems)

3-5 years of Contracts or Subcontract Management experience. is mandatory

Provide reports to Global Strategic Sourcing Senior Management.

Strong on-hand, knowledge and experience in international purchasing practices, contracts and dispute resolution are mandatory

Knowledge of aerospace simulation industry will be considered an asset

Knowledge of standard procurement tools (ERP system) will be an asset

Good organizational skills and the ability to work self-directed in order to prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of project management, including the ability to communicate status, schedules, deviations, risks and issues in an effective manner.

1 year of experience in procurement is a plus.

Foundational knowledge of the P2P process is a plus.

Good communication (written and verbal) and facilitation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively within team.

Applied knowledge of inventory management, carrying cost, min/max, and logistics;

Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) designation a definite asset.
