Multimedia Courseware Designer Jobs in Ontario

Minimum of 8 years’ experience, within the last 10 years, performing needs assessment and analysis for training purposes for IM/IT projects;

Experience working on IM/IT projects, in planning and monitoring training projects;

Experience on IM/IT projects in developing training material and preparing end-users for implementing courseware material;

Experience working with related technologies such as Adobe Captivate and RoboHelp; and

Develop courseware for the emerging domain of cyber operations, cyber mission assurance;

Perform needs assessment/analysis for training purposes;

Effective deadline management and project management skills.

Work with the marketing manager to create coherent graphic brand specs and implement their workflow integration.

Other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

1-2 years of digital marketing and graphic design experience.

Knowledgeable in social media websites – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Experience working with or in web environments utilizing similar skill sets, an asset;

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Muse, Animator).

Knowledge of typography, colour theory and design;

Knowledge of WCAG standards on accessibility to ensure technical compliance;

Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills;

Design work for all services for print and digital channels, including brochures/collateral, signage, social media, web graphics, and other digital assets;
