Knowledge of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards to ensure technical compliance for AODA requirements

Designing, maintaining and troubleshooting WordPress websites with a focus on user-experience

Working collaboratively with project managers, clients, technical experts and other designers

2+ years’ experience in graphic, web and/ or multimedia design

Experienced with project management. Can troubleshoot process and technical issues. Regularly presents leaders with project status updates.

Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to design master templates as well as specific documentation to support various team member requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in graphic design and video creation/editing

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing

Strong artistic conceptualization and visualization skills, user-centered design, graphic style guides, typography, interactive infographics.
