The role will include but is not limited to:

Three (3) years of property management experience.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Optimize revenue management with expense control to ensure positive NOI.

Contribute to team training, process development and provide solution-oriented feedback to operations managers.

Knowledge of local economy, housing, and rental market.

Three (3) years of experience with supervising small teams.

Three (3) years of property management experience.

Exterior space maintenance and vendor management, including playgrounds.

Work order management system for internal requests

Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and manage their performance.
