You’ll start your day in the depot, sorting and preparing the day’s deliveries

The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and high volume environment with keen attention to client needs

The ability to manage time spent against budget, and work alongside team members to ensure the timely completion of work deliverables

Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

College diploma in accounting, finance or tax, or equivalent

Previous related tax experience would be an asset

Oversee and manage accounting transactions

3+ years of experience as an Accountant; experience in a public accounting firm is a plus

Have a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hands-on experience with accounting software like Sage and QuickBooks

Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables

Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Work only 4 days a week from Monday - Thursday. 8.5 hours per day

Positive and friendly team environment

Basic assembly work such as packaging

Perform reliable check off procedures

Work at different job stations as needed

Strong knowledge of Work Order Control procedures and required time management to work within CMMS Systems.

Experience with subcontractor and vendor contract management.

If working on HVAC/Refrigeration systems must hold EPA Universal Certification, Ozone Depletion Prevention, Certificate of Qualification (CofQ) or similar.

Perform general maintenance tech duties as assigned by Site Operations Management team.

Executing and optimizing operational responsibilities to ensure seamless delivery of services

Navigating in a dynamic and fast paced environment while balancing responsibilities of the role, providing oversight, and meet deliverables

Detailed understanding of practice health and safety requirements

Previous clinical experience working in sterilization role is considered an asset

Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an asset

Starting wage of $24-$28/hr based on experience

Minimum 3 years of experience working with heavy equipment

Experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Have 5 years or more of nursing experience (including 10000 or more nurse practice hours)

Qualification: Successfully completed the following Foot Canada Training courses within the past 5 years:

Dedication to ongoing yearly continuing education

Experience or interest in clinical research is an asset.

Must have current unrestricted registration with your provincial or territorial nursing regulatory body.
