Millwork Assembly Supervisor Jobs

Assist the Assembly Manager in Employee Performance Management, Disciplinary Action and Employee complaint.

Train team leaders and Lead Hand on the most updated knowledge and skills they required.

Education: Degree, Diploma, Certificate, Training or Highschool Diploma.

5 Years Of Supervisory Experience in the Assembly or Production in Manufacturing Industries.

Experience in HVAC or Sheet Metal or Automotive Manufacturing Industries.

At least 1 year of experience in a trade directly related to this department (Millwork)

At least 1 year experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including special orders

At least 2 years of experience following up on outstanding or incomplete customer orders, sales, or installs

At least 1 year of experience promoting product-related services and plans such as installations, deliveries, credit financing, or extended protection plans

At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics

3+ years of production and management experience in a millwork shop

Strong organizational and managerial skills

Manage and evaluate production process

Contribute to production planning and budgeting

Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain a safe production environment

Salary will be discussed based on experience and proven qualifications

Only applicants with experience in cabinetry assembly will be considered.

Inspect and verify cabinets according to orders to ensure requirements are met

Match proper handles, hinges, etc. to the order requirements

Experience in Cabinetry Assembly (essential)

Perform other assigned tasks and requirements as assigned.

Experience working with Cabinet Vision, Kitchen 20/20, AutoCad or similar applications.

Experience with Wood Products, Architectural Millwork, Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath, etc.

Strong technical, analytical, and reasoning skills.

Must have strong communication and written skills.

Review customer files and requests.

Demonstrate good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers, staff & management.

Liaise with head office and store management and employees.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good communication skills within a team environment.

Knowledge of store operations, shipping and receiving is desirable.

Knowledge of store merchandising fixtures is desirable.

10 years management experience with over 30 employees.

Assist Production Manager in improving systems for production control, standard operating procedure, safety, quality control, and performance management.

Understand, comply, and enforce all safety rules and policies along with all PPE requirements at all times.

Associate’s degree or High School diploma/GED with two years of related leadership experience in manufacturing.

Electrical or mechanical trade certificate with 10 years minimum experience manufacturing oil field equipment.

Encourage a safety mindset at all times, and work to continuously improve the safety culture.
