Excellent knowledge of SCCM and Microsoft Intune for software deployment, patch management, and asset management

Deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots mobile devices for users, ensuring they meet organization security standards using a Mobile Device Management system.

Knowledge of remote assistance tools, such as TeamViewer, an asset.

Excellent customer service skills with supporting client needs in a complex technology environment in an on-site helpdesk environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to relay complex technical issues, resolutions, and training to non-technical individuals.

Significant knowledge of server technologies including Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, GPOs, file shares, permissions, PowerShell and networking.

Management and monitoring of test plans for all levels of testing.

Management of walkthroughs and reviews related to testing and implementation readiness.

Role includes working on week-ends and some paid overtime as required

Shifts vary between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM 7 days a week

Experience in a microbiology, or product evaluation laboratory in Quality Control for a global consumer goods or pharma company

Microbiology evaluation skills preferred with emphasis on Testing, reading of test plates, counting colonies and describing colony morphology etc.

Previous experience in a managed service setting is considered an asset.

· Perform asset management functions to track the inflow and outflow of IT Hardware.

Graduate from a post-secondary institution in an IT-related field or appropriate IT certifications.

1-3 years of related experience in a service desk or desktop support role.

· Perform remote and in-person support to users across all locations within the True North Company

A Valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract are required for travelling to True North Offices with company-provided vehicle.
