Merchant Enablement Lead Jobs

Experience or willingness to learn Confluence-like content management systems and Monday.com.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of content organization and management

Develop and manage an Enablement Wiki in a Confluence-style environment to house all content in a logical and scalable way

Coordinate recurring enablement initiatives including New Hire Onboarding, skills and competency trainings, and product curriculum for all GTM departments and teams

Extremely detail oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage and categorize content.

Strong writing skills (internal communication, DACIs)

Manage all business-related Change Management aspects of the SF implementation

Track and manage progress of all the business and change enablement workstream activities

Manage business and change enablement risks, issues, decisions, and change impacts and provide escalations to Program Manager

Facilitate and manage regular cadence of meetings to engage with BU Leads and SME’s to communicate decisions and gain feedback

Lead the Business Enablement workstream of the HRIS program

Work with implementation partners to define entry and exit criteria for each business and change enablement milestones

Inform transformation and change management efforts

Supports the CoE in procurement practices including vendor management/compliance, contract renewals, and RFPs.

Support technology optimization and cyclical vendor release management

Facilitate requirements collection and review with participating partners and subject matter experts.

Apply design thinking and human centered design practices and principles when designing colleague experiences.

7+ years of experience with Learning technology supporting global, large-scale initiatives

3 years of relevant work experience agile methodology or project management

Strong knowledge of agile principles, project and program management tools, techniques and methodologies

Supports Value Stream delivery with stakeholders via change management, risks identification and business readiness

Coordinates continuous compliance and risk management standards to be included and adhered to, removal of VS impediments

Experience working in the Life & Living Benefits Insurance industry

Facilitates VSO group and stakeholder meetings and manages related logistics in support of the value stream

• 3+ years’ experience in program/project management and building decks/presenting material to senior leaders

• Operational improvements on areas that needs attention – i.e. release management cycles, Contingent workforce program etc.

- emphasis on presentation skills and ability to communicate with leadership

• Strong experience building slide decks in PowerPoint and experience manipulating data in Excel (VLookups, etc.)

• Experience in an Agile environment

• Experience with Visio, Access, Power BI, etc. are strong assets

3+ years of experience in a technical service position or a project management position.

Experience with project management tools or methodologies.

Completion of a post-secondary degree with project management or technical coursework is preferred but not required.

Experience with web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, REST, JSON, APIs is a strong asset.

Experience triaging small to medium web technology issues prior to initiating engineering support.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to take apart symptoms and solve constituent problems.

Post-secondary education in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent working experience

Build reports/dashboards to address ad hoc business requirements

3+ years experience in an analyst (or related) role

Working knowledge of SQL, R and/or Python

Translate systemic business needs into technical specifications through the development of proof-of-concept models

Participate in the execution of the user acceptance training (UAT) for each launch
