Overview The Membership Manager is responsible for managing the membership program of an organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase membership, managing the membership database, and providing customer service to members. The Membership Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with members, as well as creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote the organization’s membership program. Detailed Job Description The Membership Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase membership, managing the membership database, and providing customer service to members. The Membership Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with members, as well as creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote the organization’s membership program. The Membership Manager will also be responsible for creating and managing membership benefits and discounts, as well as developing and managing membership events. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• At least three years of experience in membership management or customer service

• Ability to develop and manage membership benefits and discounts
• Ability to develop and manage membership events
