Medical Leadership Jobs in Ontario

Knowledge of contemporary practices in adult learning theory and educational curriculum development.

5 years of relevant experience in training, education and/or delivery.

Facilitate site learning content, events, and development sessions to Manager+ population.

Partner with program manager and/or learning designer to advise on program sustainment.

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Education, Learning & Development, Business, Organizational Behavior or equivalent.

Experience in high growth retail organization a plus.

Excellent diary management and organisational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in a clear, comprehensible style and format.

Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information and issues.

IT literacy, including but not limited to, proficiency in IT Applications including MS Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Ability to take minutes at internal and external meetings.

Full driving licence, you may be required to travel to other offices within the area from time to time.

Sharing the life skills gained through personal sports experiences to help cultivate ownership, confidence, and positive habits

Running our Life Skills Boot Camp with cohorts of students entering the program

1+ years of experience working with kids ages 11 - 17

Using adaptive technology to understand better where a student is at in their academics and how they can improve

Developing common interests by learning about what kids love

Fostering accountability through positive feedback and connection, not authority
