5+ years of Project Management experience within the mechanical construction industry.

Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements

Manage the development of design-build solutions to solve specific customer challenges or operational requirements.

Collaborate with the Director of Operations for planning, strategy and management of projects.

College Diploma or Certificate in Construction Technology/Construction Project Management.

Manage field labour capacity through the master schedule to ensure no excess of overhead.

Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO) and relevant quality assurance methodologies.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and skills among team members.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance. mechanical engineering background is an asset.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.

Established strong leadership, client service and project management skills.

At least three (3) years' experience designing mechanical systems for commercial, institutional and/or industrial buildings.

Advanced working knowledge of the provincial building code, ASHRAE, CSA and NFPA standards.

Demonstrated experience using AutoDesk Revit.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
