Assets include: Planning certification and leadership as well as Maintenance planning in an upgrader, refinery, or other industrial plant setting

Computer skills should include Maximo or equivalent CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite

Follow safe work procedures and ensure all comply

Class 5 driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.

Full-Time Mechanical Equipment Delivery Driver

$17.00 to $20.00 per hour

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Able to brainstorm and project value added solution to customer for packaging layout and Packing solutions.

Leads project teams, selecting appropriate primary and secondary packaging for new and existing packing line.

Designs to develop and qualify new packaging systems.

Shall Work closely with Quality, Production, and Procurement investigating packaging component issues and documenting.

Works with suppliers to develop and write specifications for purchase and approval of all packaging components.

Technical Discussion with client, project execution,

Work alongside experienced project managers to learn the keys to client relationship building and successful project delivery

Ensure that project activities are conducted in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders Quality Management System

Previous exposure to redevelopment projects, design management, construction contract administration or project financials is an asset

Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications

Provide a communication path between the Project Manager, Furniture and Space Planners, Clinical Specialist and other project stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

    Strong organizational, time management and communication skills

    Establish and maintain communications between all levels of supervision and management

    Has obtained an undergraduate BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diesel/Automotive Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Construction Management

    Understand and comply with all federal, state, and company health, safety, and environmental requirements

    Support of craft maintenance technicians – ordering parts, manage inventory, schedule crews, and manage quality and safety

    Strong organizational, time management and communication skills

Package builders needs to have knowledge on Electric/ Mechanic industrial equipment with experience on software and completion system.

Utilize Work Management systems, and escalate to the appropriate authority, if schedules cannot be achieved within quantity and/or quality parameters.

Complete Work Management reports to communicate status to management team.

Understanding Asset Management concepts and systems.

5+ years’ experience in commissioning with major industrial projects using SAP.

Experience in mining/ industrial experience preferred.

Experienced with Computerized Materials Management Systems (SAP Blueprint) & other work platforms such as Primavera, Microsoft Office – Excel, Word etc.

10 years’ experience as a Technologist or Journeyman within applicable discipline.

Skill / Expert in codes and standards, practices, and technologies within specific discipline.

Experience in Turnaround and Routine Maintenance Planning

Experience with turbines and Compressors considered an asset

Can manage evolving priorities and deliver on multiple commitments in a timely manner.

Education, Experience And Skill Requirements

Ensures that contractors meet safety requirements, through orientation and site supervision.

Experience working and supervising in a union environment is an asset.

Strong working knowledge of SAP maintenance software, MS Office, and MS Project.

Maintains the SAP PM system and generates work orders; Initiates and tracks work orders.

Creates maintenances schedules; establishes work sequences and lead time to complete major inspections and repairs.

Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills as well as the ability to work and manage time independently.

Manage external equipment integrators from equipment development through buyoff

5+ years of experience as a hands-on mechanical/manufacturing/design engineer working on mechanical and/or electromechanical systems.

Experience introducing new equipment and new processes into a production environment.

Knowledge of automated equipment systems and tools - robotic, vision, material handling, Conveyors, PLC, HMI, etc.

Experience of new equipment installations and new product startups.

Provides input into material of construction selection and management
