Manage internal QH&S and Compliance management systems in accordance with ISO standards 9001,14001,45001, and 37301.

Record and communicate on Quality Metrics to both Management and Shop floor.

Ensure compliance with FM, ULC, Intertek and other product approval requirements and readiness for audits.

Manage non conformances and facilitate RCCA analysis and Investigations where appropriate.

Housekeeping – participate in GEMBA walks and manage subsequent RAIL items.

Manage sign off of all necessary documents.

Previous retail experience is an asset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.

Knowledge of physiotherapy theory and practice within a patient and family-centered model of care.

Knowledge of the CPTBC standards of practice and practice guidelines for clinical practitioners.

Knowledge of physiotherapy standardized tests, measures, use of equipment and related techniques.

Broad knowledge of other health care professions and their role in patient care.

Basic knowledge of research process and methodology.

Minimum of 7 to 10 years progressively more responsible experience in sales management.

Cascade corporate initiatives and directives in management team.

Equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered in lieu of post secondary education.

Experience in window/door manufacturing would be an asset but not a requirement.

Ability to manage large scale change management, strategic vision, and the ability to develop leaders.

Forecast and prepare all sales & operating budgets (partnering with Sales & Operations Managers.).
