Position UNB Faculty and Alumni as thought leaders in the media.

Ensure proper project management, including the administrative follow-up.

Media planning and strategy experience (minimum 4 to 5 years)

Excellent spoken and written French and English language skills

Highly rigorous with good analytical skills

Good knowledge of digital and off-line platforms

Good knowledge of Google Suite

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations

Collaborate directly with key clients and Account Managers to create media plans

Build and maintain effective relationships with both English and Ethnic vendors through strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Liaise with Finance to ensure that all media invoices, discrepancies, and billings are inputted, cleared, and issued in a timely fashion

Stay up to date with latest offerings, vendor promotions, and pricing updates

Manage and update media admin tracking sheets related to bookings, POs, contracts, payments, etc.

You have media sales experience and a desire to take your career to the next level

You LOVE solving problems with creative solutions

You have a strong understanding of radio and digital marketing

You excel at prospecting and developing new business while growing revenues from existing clients

In-depth experience with bid management tools

At least 1 year of experience using Google Tag Manager

Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports

Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies

Minimum of 3 years experience with Google Ads

Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Ads
