2-3 years' experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating, with experience in the EV space

Demonstrated product & technical knowledge related to EV charging hardware, infrastructure, and energy management

Work with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service teams to meet project requirements

Good computer skills including proficiency in MS Office. Experience in Bluebeam, Accubid, and Procore an asset

EV Charging Project Manager/ Estimator Responsibilities/Duties

Manage and review service contracts for onerous clauses and conditions

Manages and follows sales processes and supports service and project management activities when needed.

Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

A minimum of 2 years experience in technical selling sales

Experience in Electric Vehicle Infrastructure market an asset

Experience in selling or commissioning of EV Systems an asset

Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

Demonstrated product and technical knowledge related to EV charging hardware, infrastructure, and energy management.

Client relationship management skills (critical for success in this role).

Utility and energy management experience is ideal.

Demonstrated technical knowledge related to EV charging hardware, infrastructure, and energy management.

Maintain working knowledge of EV industry news, events, and announcements, including current industry best practices related to electrification.

4+ years of proven work experience in the EV space, preferably in strategy, product development, or consulting/client advisory roles.

Hands-on construction management experience and/or the equivalent in the EV or AC Electrical space.

Knowledge in all aspects of project construction management including, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor contract management, project documentation.

Education requirement:Licensed Electrician, or degree in construction, engineering, architecture or similar preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and on-the-job experience.

Experience with Procore – Construction project Management platform

Knowledge of EV chargers, Civil and Electrical construction andnew utility service applicationsand installations

Experience coordinating with utility companies for upgrading existing or installing new electric services.
