The Detailer will have the following responsibilities:

The Detailer must meet the following qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail (Essential)

Ability to work under pressure and multitask (Essential)

·Overseeing and directing the vessel’s product Quality Management Program

Preference will be given to individuals with a Marine Management background combined with the following:

·Previous experience as Marine Manager or Marine Superintendent

·Experiencing with TM Master or similar management platforms

·Conducting all marine personnel hiring, manage crew schedules, etc.

·Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position

Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform Service Manager or Service Lead of needed items.

Diploma from a technical university or related experience and training.

Steel design, drafting, fabrication or installation experience will be highly regarded but not necessary;

Strong organizational skill and attention to detail;

Your responsibilities will include the following:

·Design and detail steel structures according to customer requirements and standard practices based on contract documents;

Strong attention to detail and time management

Completion of Marine Engine Mechanics course and apprenticeship OR other relevant combination of experience and training

Wide range of job related skills such as welding, electrical and more

Knowledge of marine and/or automotive parts

Proven prioritization and organization skills

Repair, maintenance and service of marine equipment, boat motors and more

Prior car detailing experience is not required but an asset

Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with company standards and client requests

Operating buffers, sanders, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations

Using cleaning protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles

Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition
