Location: Brampton – Concord – North York area, ON Industry: Metals- CNC Lathe etc.

Day Shift On call in case of issues 24*6

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to medical devices, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to resolve issues promptly.

Familiarity with medical device regulations (FDA, ISO 13485) and quality management systems.

Qualifications and mandatory job requirements:

Support the validation and verification activities for new products, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all manufacturing, NPI, and servicing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Must have good written and oral communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Test the machine for capabilities as required.

Must have 5 years of proven field experience, good mechanical aptitude, and experience repairing hydraulic and electric systems.

Must have computer skills in Microsoft Office and CRM.

Must possess proficient welding skills.

Meets expectation rating (rating score of 2 or 3) in all applicable Competencies as defined in the Performance Management Process.

Manage all outside contractors and ensure Plasman Safety Procedures are always followed - TIL

Ensure that sufficient resources are available for each department including training, safety requirements, personnel, work instructions, procedures, and related tools.

Ticket in a provincial recognized Industrial Maintenance designation and or equivalent experience.

Must have 8-10 years process control and troubleshooting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership capacity.

Experience with PLC (Rockwell, Omron), Robotics (ABB,Fanuc) is preferred (TIL)

Has basic experience with, or a willingess to learn how to operate, an accounting or inventory management program

Receive, count, unload and organize shipments of commercial and residential equipment, as needed

Assist with regular inventory counts and organization, as needed

Organize loading dock/garage and storage rooms on an ongoing basis, and whenever new shipments arrive

Help stock, re-stock, move or organize equipment & supplies

Sweep, mop and perform general cleaning/tidying/organizing of the workshop, showroom, and inventory storage spaces as directed by Zuccarini staff

High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Automotive lube and oil change experience
