Manufacturing Operations Specialist Jobs in Ontario

Project Management experience (PMP nice to have)

Project management designation not required but experience leading projects is an asset

Business experience in Aerospace or Service environment with Product Data Management tools would be an asset

Provide support for project management and report weekly updates to the management team

Skilled troubleshooting experience to diagnose the root cause of an issue and make recommendations

Experience in gathering requirements for and understanding complex work flows across multiple departments

Previous experience managing ISO9001 certification.

Working knowledge and experience in Internal Auditing.

Working knowledge and experience using lean tools.

$70,000 - $90,000 (dependent on experience/knowledge)

40% hands on shop/floor & 60% office/acting as a liaison between production and management

Manage and maintain the calibration of equipment through the calibration log.

Minimum six to eight years of progressively responsible experience in some combination of manufacturing management, materials management, engineering or quality.

Lean Continuous improvement knowledge and experience, Lean expert certification is an asset.

Excellent quality management system standards knowledge, especially AS9100C/ISO 9001:2008.

Prepare monthly reports to upper management.

Should have a working knowledge of Transport Canada Manufacturing requirements per CARS 561.

Working knowledge and experience in precision machining, sheet metal parts manufacturing, assembly, manufacturing processes, equipment and materials.
