Minimum 15 years of experience in the software industry or business management, with a valid work permit to work in Canada.

Master/Bachelor's degree or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and attract new clientele in the Canadian market.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.

Lead the sales and marketing efforts, including client acquisition, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification & proven experience in project management is an asset.

Certificate or Diploma in Project Management would be an asset.

Ensure the adoption and distinction between Project Management and Service Excellence.

Work with Operations Managers, Project Managers in crew evaluations, crew assignment and improvement opportunities.

Manage, mentor and coach Equi pment Managers, Resource Managers, Operations Managers and Asset Coordinators.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills with good business judgment, and time and project management skills necessary.

Strong time management skills, and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment;

Past experience in compliance, including Canadian privacy legislation, CASL, AML, and French-language requirements.

Employment law knowledge and experience would be a definite asset;

Excellent drafting and negotiations skills with good business and legal judgment, strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills;

3 years of people management experience

Oversee inventory level and management systems for service parts.

University degree, or post-secondary education plus 10 year’s working experience in a related discipline

Manage top line and bottom-line revenue related to Repair Service.

1. Must have at least 1 year experience in related field.

Monday to Friday : 9AM to 5PM.

1. Prepare and maintain drivers' qulaificatio, equipment, inspection and citation and drug & alcohol test files.

3. Drivers' training and applications.

4. Audit paper and e-logs.

5. Create and update clearing house profile.
