Support and identify training needs and communicate such requirements to their manager

Lead by example to ensure we deliver consistently great customer experiences at every touch point.

Ensure compliance with all policies to meet or exceed regulatory standards and deliver the desired customer service experience

Manage and contribute towards change within the operational environment

Minimum 5 years experience in the airline/aviation industry

Passionate about customer service and must have relevant work experience

Daily management and coordination of all shipments

Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or shipping role

Experience with aviation parts or aviation logistics is an asset

Must possess strong communication, negotiation skills, and leadership skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment and remain professional in stressful situations

Organization and coordination of Import/Export/Domestic AOG and routine shipments

Experience and skills to deal with difficult people.

Assist and respond to any calls by the K9 Manager for additional service as required.

2+ years of security experience

Ability to accept direction and guidance (listening skills) follow instructions.

Provide K9 Patrol/Protection support in accordance with established procedures.

Ability to pass and maintain EDDHT Validations.
