Partner with other leadership and learning team members to design, develop and deliver solutions outside of core responsibilities

Establish and maintain vendor/external resource relationships and procurement requirements

7+ years of experience in a learning and leadership development role, ideally in a global company

Advanced degree or equivalent proven knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices

Previous experience in senior leader curriculum and program development

Excellent presentation skills, strong communicator

Knowledge of Wal-mart OMNI replenishment process

Knowledge and understanding of Wal-mart systems (Retail Link, Teradata, Smart, GRS, GPF, HOST)

Extensive replenishment and allocation experience

Experience defining and documenting processes
