Manager Credit Structure Jobs

Provide high-end relationship management and credit advice to high net worth Canadians following all five principles of the Black Card Experience

Superior client relationship management skills

Proactively manage credit renewals by submitting files within deadlines

A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit granting to personal and/or business clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English

Knowledge and understanding of RBC Private Banking financing products, credit/risk procedures, guidelines, and standards

·Proven experience as a credit manager or in a similar credit management role.

·Develop and implement credit risk management strategies and policies.

·Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

·Manage the end-to-end process of invoice processing, including reviewing, coding, and verifying invoices for accuracy and completeness.

·Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

·Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and credit evaluation techniques.

Good communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation and conflict management

Serve as a role model in financial management, best practice sharing, proactive actions, and creative problem-solving activities

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related field

5 years’ experience with commercial lending

Knowledge of commercial and retail lending policies, procedures and statutory regulations

Knowledge of collection procedures and current business practice laws

Management that supports your work and career progression

Effectively manage credit risk on a portfolio of top-tier clients

3-5 years Lending Experience in the Banking Industry

Previous experience and proficiency in complex credit structuring

Thorough knowledge and demonstrable acumen with financial statement analysis

Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as short turn-around times
