Lumber Yard Worker Jobs in Alberta

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an irrigation or construction industry.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Basic computer skills for order tracking and documentation purposes.

Prepare orders for delivery by carefully picking and packaging items according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.

Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and vans, for product delivery to customer sites.

Forklift certification and minimum 1 year experience of operation

Previous experience in lumber and building material industry

Good verbal and written communication skills

Serve customers as they enter the yard

Load and unload building materials operating a forklift

Prepare, pick and pack customer orders

Temporary position with guaranteed schedule

Hourly pay of $23+ paid weekly
