To achieve success in this position you will;

Use evidence based selling to drive sales and provide pharmacists with up to date product information

Understand clients' staffing needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their demands.

Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our healthcare staffing solutions to potential clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our capabilities and win new business.

Experience in the health care industry (nice to have)

Strong knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Proven ability to take initiative time management skills and display of professionalism.

Maintaining good working relationships and account management with existing customers and recognizing opportunities to up sell additional services.

Preparing quotations, work orders and report activity through the Operation Management System (custom software).

New business-to business (B2B) sales experience

2 – 5+ years of outside sales experience

Industrial or environmental business-to business experience (preferred)

At least 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information

At least 6 months of retail experience

At least 6 months of experience as a Loader at other home improvement or hardware retailers

At least 6 months of retail merchandising experience, including performing Zone Recovery, stocking, downstocking, facing/fronting products, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping
