·Develops the benefit analysis document and manages that document throughout the project life cycle.

·Supports the Change and Communication Management group to produce the project communications, manuals, training materials.

·Provides required support to the project manager to complete the work packages.

·Produces and manages the project documentation in accordance with the agreed project template.

Title: Business Development Analyst II(Remote)

Pay rate: $55 per hour on T4 without any benefits

Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Solid understanding of loyalty program design principles and customer lifecycle management.

Proven experience (5+ years) in loyalty program strategy, data analysis, customer segmentation, predictive modeling. Experience within consulting is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful loyalty program strategies.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Stakeholder management experience a benefit

A minimum of 4 years of experience working in technology project management

Work with the USI marketing lead to build effective documentation to showcase CBS capabilities

Showcase CBS capabilities to internal Deloitte professionals

Experience in working in a big four firms or a large enterprise organization is a plus

Experience with business development activities including scoping and bid creation for new project leads

Experience in partner incubation and onboarding, with a track record of successful partner development and management

Experience leading teams of lower-level managers/resources is a plus

Experience with alliance partners, partner/client onboarding and can show abilities to lead cross-departmental collaboration on partner/client onboarding.

Collaborate with Strategic Alliance Managers to develop and implement partner development plans, including identifying key milestones and metrics for success.

Detail oriented with strong analytical skills with strong written & oral communication skills

Strong documentation development skills (MS Office – PPTX, Word, Excel)

Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail to ensure recommendations to management consider all aspects of the business;

Assist in targeting potential development opportunities across Canada with a focus on Brookfield Global Transition Fund’s impact measurement and management approach;

Prepare presentation decks to support discussions with senior management and external stakeholders on strategic initiatives;

Project management of teams across the Canadian platform to execute on development opportunities;

Pursuing a professional certification such as a CFA is considered a plus.

Utilize strong communication skills to ensure models reflect inputs from internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SME)

Must have an understanding of power market fundamentals, preferably with advanced knowledge of markets in the US and Canada

Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or other related fields required

Investment banking or private equity experience an asset

Requires excellent written and oral communication skills

Lead due diligence process on potential acquisition opportunities through liaising with internal and external SME’s

Product development or product management experience, project management, organization and time management skills

Some years of work experience in marketing, data analytics, project management in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Strong organizational and project management skills

Connect with NGOM-Digitization, Finance and IT to ensure alignment on key areas of visibility and reporting.

Degree in computer science, engineering, or commercial or equivalent experience

Strong computer skills including Power BI Excel, Word and PowerPoint

This role is suitable for someone with 0-3 years of post-undergraduate experience

Prior experience using Salesforce is a plus, but not required.

Generate Internal Reports: Use Salesforce tools and data to generate reports which will provide strategic deal sourcing insights.

Other: Complete ad-hoc projects to support portfolio M&A

Strong analytical combined with an ability to understand and describe business models with proficiency
