Participate and/or lead in IL6S activities, including daily review meetings and AM and PM initiatives.

Participate and/or lead RCA (root cause analysis) and loss analysis related to machine performance.

Improvement initiatives to address safety, quality and operations losses.

Demonstrated project management experience to drive innovation and improvements across multifunctional teams from ideation to sustainability.

Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 5-6, and PM step 3

Demonstrated experience in leading high-performance teams through the implementation of TPM or integrated lean six sigma.

Very strong analytical, computer, and trouble shooting skills.

Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems

Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (break-down maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment

Sound leadership, staff management, coaching and teambuilding skills.
