No office to report to – this is a fully remote, field-based position.

Bachelor of Science degree, Engineer or Technical degree or equivalent with at least 5 (Five) years of hands-on experience.

Ability to meet the travel expectation of the role: up to 70% travel with occasional higher travel requirements.

Travel required is estimated to be 70% with occasional higher travel requirements.

Commissioning, Aftermarket Service, Mobile Water Maintenance, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)

Must have a Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering qualification. Any knowledge or experience in water treatment would be desirable.

Will require strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.

Needs excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written English.

Carry out commissioning work on standard equipment and provide after-sales technical and commercial support.

Complete risk assessments, work reports, activity reports and other documentation.

Legal to work in Canada

Providing emergency service and repairs using troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

Installing instruments at customer sites

Planning and completing preventative maintenance on time.

Preparation of laboratory design for new instrument installations.

Liaising with customer IT departments and assisting with information systems installations and troubleshooting.

Accountability for maintaining assigned inventory.
