Lead Field Service Automation Technician Jobs

Verifying the system functional performance to ensure proper operations according to contract requirements and shop drawings/sequence of operations, etc.

Keeping supervisors informed of customer requirements, systems status, and actual, potential or perceived customer problems.

Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks according to Honeywell policy and regulatory requirements.

Field Experience in the aforementioned areas of 6+ years in an advanced role.

Customer service experience in a Technical Sales Role, Estimation, and customer support.

Performing system backups and installing appropriate updates and patches.

Knowledge and experience with Open Communication protocols like BACNET, Modbus, etc.

Pursue ongoing learning in order to keep up with changes in the industry, new products and technologies, and new customer requirements

A professional certification, college diploma, or university degree in a related field

Knowledge of: electrical control systems instrumentation, industrial electronics, programming, and information technology

2+ years of experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS)

Diagnostic skills: ability to systematically identify and resolve technical problems
