Experience with numerical protection and control devices and Ethernet network equipment.

Knowledge of cyber security concepts and standards will be an advantage.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience in iManage Document management system is an asset

Review existing training programs and recommend enhancements and modifications to improve engagement and learning outcomes.

Design and develop instructional material, course curriculums and reference materials for classroom, online, video and eLearning training.

Support the IIBA Implementation Manager in monitoring IIBA compliance, and oversight in collaboration with the management team at Baffinland

Collaborate with management team on existing company policies and programs to determine their compliance with the IIBA and support continuous improvement

Support and collaborate with the IIBA Implementation Manager to ensure effective IIBA implementation

Assist with the development of the IIBA annual budget and assist with accruals requirements for the IIBA activities and commitments

Draft formal correspondence to stakeholders on behalf of the department and for the IIBA Implementation Manager

Prepare reports and documents as required by the IIBA committees and the IIBA Implementation Manager

Excellent knowledge and experience in a Microsoft environment

Provide first contact call resolution for requests and incidents where possible within scope of Service Desk responsibilities

Manage end-user accounts, permissions, access rights, storage allocations in accordance with ITS policies and procedures

Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor Service Desk or Manager ITS

3+ years of experience in Information technology field or equivalent

ITIL or similar (Six Sigma, Lean, 15020000, COBIT, etc.) certifications are an asset

Knowledge of Corporate Applications, such as Human Capital System (Ceridian), Learning Management System (Cornerstone), etc. and demonstrated experience working with SharePoint.

A Minimum of two (2) years project management experience.

Vendor management experience in a SaaS environment.

Leading applications initiatives such as upgrades well as changes and complex problem management, requiring multi-department involvement.

Ten (10) years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Strong interpersonal skills, with experience developing and fostering teamwork and facilitating team dynamics.

Post Secondary in business, finance, business analysis, project management or related.

Experience in Financial services, channels, digital, user experience and product management

Project management certification is an asset

Strong Relationship Manager – you have demonstrated excellence in strong stakeholder management at all levels with visible and enlightened commercial acumen.

Establish and actively manage a catalog of current and potential partnerships

Act as a point of contact for technical escalations, present technical status updates, analysis and recommendations to customer and internal management.

Experience working with remote and vendor product support teams.

OpenText proven professional certification highly desired

Experience in RDBMS systems, application servers, troubleshooting and debug tools

Experience as technical contributor in a complex software development project.
