Tertiary education in an Engineering or Business/Project Management related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience within procurement, project management or warehouse environments desirable.

Experience with the Defense Resource Management Information System (DRMIS), or comparable document management system is advantageous

Undertake other project management duties as assigned.

Supervising (planning, organizing, leading and controlling) the Thales personnel and subcontractors to achieve agreed outcomes within their delegated authorities and responsibilities;

Collaborate with the Service Delivery manager and Esquimalt Operations Manager, preparing regular reports as required by the contract;

Practice responsible financial management in the execution of maintenance reliability functions

Remain current and up to date on changing technical, reliability and maintenance management improvements in the industry

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role in an industrial environment

Work related experience in leading and ensuring compliance with safety initiatives

Knowledgeable in the areas of electrical, mechanical and PLC programming

Complete weekly coaching programs that help you develop your sales skills and your knowledge of the wireless industry

Experience in retail sales, hospitality or service industry

Online, In-Person and Workshop training sessions consistently throughout the year to help develop your skills
