At least 7 years of experience in operations management, consulting or a related field.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is encouraged.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate staff.

Ability to manage forecasts, and finances, including budgets and Profit and Loss statements.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Lead unit operations troubleshooting and investigating off-spec. products and plant trips/ upsets and manage the required deliverables.

Manage long and short-term projects by proposing major projects to improve safety, reliability and profitability.

Additional Info: Experience in Honeywell UOP or Axens licensed units.

Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize performance of CCR units by overseeing the unit's operation and economics losses.

Issue detailed reports to recommend changes supported by simulation models' result to optimize unit operation.

Willing to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge of Canadian immigration law, regulations, and policies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience using Microsoft Office, G Suite, and other productivity tools

Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity

Experience working in a Canadian immigration consultancy or law firm
