Junior Quality Analyst Jobs

Prior experience with SQL, SQL Server, and Microsoft Visual Studio.

Knowledge of Quality Management System - IATF 16949 standard

Create/revise inspection sheets and ensure that they meet customer requirements.

Participates in and verification of measurement systems to suit specific product requirements.

Experience in problem solving / process improvement techniques would be an asset.

Comply with all Company safety policies, procedures and rules.

Participate and lead as required in the sample submission process (PPAP).

Weekly / monthly operational reporting to management

Knowledge of TS 16949 system requirements considered an asset.

Ensure inspectors utilize and comply with TS16949 system requirements follow up on corrective actions as necessary.

Train Employees in audit activities, standards, procedures, and ISO System requirements.

Review SPC/SQC requirements with the team and ensure all employees are following established procedures.

Ensure all shop floors SPC/SQC measuring equipment is calibrated to ISO/TS16949 requirements.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Advanced communication skills (both written and verbal)
