Previous relevant work experience, preferably in environmental consulting/ hydrogeology.

Keneco is currently looking for a Junior Technician position to join our dynamic team of professionals.

The position duties will entail but not be limited to:

·Phase I Site Assessment desktop review and reporting

•Completing file set-up for environmental projects.

•Oil and Gas Well file reviews.

Informs supervisor if test data does not meet established guidelines

Deploys automatic samplers and portable pH meters to strategic sampling stations and collects, preserves and records the samples and conditions

Investigates operational problems, samples, tests, and evaluates processes and reports on same

Will be required to install and retrieve sampling equipment

Overall Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities

Assisting Project Managers in all aspects of project execution. Perform tasks as requested efficiently and accurately, using standard methods and techniques;

Groundwater and surface water monitoring;

On-site safety supervision and associated documentation;

Tracking and reporting on field activity;

Coordinating the procurement of project supplies and contractor services;

Able to successfully manage and deliver on multiple tasks with competing priorities.

2–6 years of mechanical experience (including internships).

Perform calculations such as process flow analysis, pump and equipment sizing, energy analysis.

Prepare technical drawings, P&ID’s, specifications, and reports.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Solidworks modelling and Solidworks Flow Simulation a plus.
