Strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills;

Surface water data management and interpretation;

Overall Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities

Assist with regulatory compliance requirements (reporting, etc);

Assisting Project Managers in all aspects of project execution;

At least 1 year experience in either the oil and gas industry or mining is considered an asset;

Deliver the training in accordance with the course Lesson Plan, using appropriate Adult Education techniques

Achieved the rank of Master Corporal or Sergeant AND a minimum of 3 years experience instruction in the subject area

Must hold a valid Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA) Certification

Developing or revising lesson plans, instructional material, and training aids

Developing or revising courseware based on input from the Project Authority

Set up the classroom prior to the start of the scheduled start time

Deliver the training in accordance with the course Lesson Plan, using appropriate Adult Education techniques

Achieved the rank of Master Corporal or Sergeant AND a minimum of 3 years experience instruction in the subject area

Must hold a valid Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA) Certification

Developing or revising courseware based on input from the Project Authority

Providing instruction in the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of a Human Resources Administrator within the military

Experience within the Canadian Armed Forces as a Human Resources Administrator (HRA - MOSID 00375)

At least two (2) experience instructing / training adult learners in the Human Resources field

Using word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (MS Office Suite)

Operating training simulators, tools, and/or other equipment used in the occupation being instructed or by the institution providing the training

Assisting other instructors in training activities requiring more than one instructor

Military experience is a requirement, but no specific trade is required with former rank level from Master Corporal to Warrant officer

Hold a valid Standard First Aid certification

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Using word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (MS Office Suite)

Assisting other instructors in training activities requiring more than one instructor

Counselling students on their progress
