Application Support Engineer Key Responsibilities

Impressing customers by solving complex or new problems

Digging deep to discover the root causes and solutions of issues - exploring source code, databases, logs, and traces

Answering the same questions over and over again

6+ years of experience working in a Java based Application Support, Production Support and Technical Support.

5+ years of hands-on experience with level 2 technical support.

Prior experience with to Linux/Unix environment.

Hands-on with experience in writing new scripts from scratch and re-using modified scripts in Bash/Shell/Python anyone.

SQL scripting experience with expertise in writing scripts from scratch and re-running modified scripts.

Must have provided production support for Java based applications.

Excellent programming skills for building validation, configuration, and management tools

Experience in cloud and SIM management platforms for LTE business is a plus

3+ years of experience in LTE-M/NB-IoT system engineering, with expertise in LTE-M/NB-IoT modules and base stations

Experience in technical demonstrations to corporate clients

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers

Hands-on experience with LTE network testing tools and software, such as protocol analyzers, test equipment, and RF measurement tools

Carrying out customer installs, both remotely and on-site

Experience in one or more of the following technical areas:
