Experience in portfolio management systems is an asset

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

Performs some or all of the following tasks: data management, data loads, runs scans, validation scripts, schedule production releases.

Post-secondary education and/or minimum 4-6 years equivalent work experience in the financial services industry

Successful completion or enrollment in a Project Management certificate course is an asset

Knowledge of and experience with securities instruments/settlement, foreign exchange, reconciliation, and investment accounting

5 - 7+ years in the investment management industry (5 yr. Min.)

Solid project management background with demonstrated ability to deliver with efficiency, accuracy and timeliness

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills that model corporate core values

Knowledge of Seismic, DOMO Analytics, and MS Project is an asset

The Marketing Manager’s mandate includes:

Accountable for delivery of business outcomes; discovers, designs, develops and manages activities for ATBIM's products through entire lifecycle

Delivers feasible, viable and desirable client experience for product and/or product line by leveraging data insights, partners, and stakeholders

Works with the product distribution team to support product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product

A minimum of 5 -10 years of experience as defined below:

AIPMM certified, or equivalent experience

As ATB's next Senior Manager, Investment Product,

As ATB's next Senior Manager, Investment Product,

Strong prioritization, planning, project management, communications, leadership, presentation, relationship building, negotiation and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business, related field, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of the business, investment products and services offered as well as the external environment affecting them.

Additional preferred qualification: Technical investment marketing knowledge.

Manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.

Minimum of five years proven and progressive experience or equivalent in the investment industry.

Grows the sophistication of the team’s media knowledge, expanding into data and technology.

Drives Media Brand and client adoption of DAN capabilities, e.g. The Story Lab, Dentsu Data Labs, Cardinal Path, ICUC, etc.

4+ years of media planning and/or buying experience focused on Broadcast Channels and a minimum of 1-year experience leading a team.

Ability to instils confidence and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

Advanced analytical skills and proficient with numbers and budgets to illustrate client business objectives.

Strong negotiation, presentation and people skills.

Educate on the capabilities of the portfolio management system

Ability to drive ideas from concept to completion through efficient project management and execution skills

Provide guidance on model building and management in our advisor managed program

Aid in the recruitment of new advisors by outlining our portfolio management and portfolio construction consulting work

Solid understanding of asset management business and investment products, guided portfolios/models

Experience with presentation development and delivery, especially to discretionary advisors and portfolio managers

Minimum of 1 years of experience in equity research, asset management, or related field.

Prepare investment product summaries and presentations to assist the Product Manager in presenting to the Investment Committee.

Assist the Product Manager in coordinating with asset managers and third-party service providers to ensure compliance with investment guidelines and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8-10 years operations management experience within the wealth management industry

Executes on effective management of compliance and regulatory oversight

University Degree (Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance) or equivalent related experience

Ensures investment-related activities are executed properly and provide exceptional reporting to stakeholders

Supervises and leads the delivery of client service and administration

Continually analyze operating results and costs to maximize ability to meet service level targets and realize operating efficiencies
