Specific Educational Requirements / Accreditations

Develop and maintain relationships with client-facing corporate & investment banking professionals, Finance support partners and the TDS Finance Operations team.

Manage month-end and quarter-end accounting functions for CIB, including expense review and posting of journal entries

Manage end to end client billing cycle for Equity, M&A and Commercial Brokerage transactions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and meticulous attention to detail

At least 5 years of experience within the Wealth Management, platform, banking or other relevant industry.

Management of securities and dealing on behalf of FNZ

Effective management of static data and price feeds to the FNZ Platforms.

A positive work environment with a sense of purpose to share knowledge and skills amongst other colleagues.

Opening nominee accounts with Fund Managers and any other relevant 3rd parties.

Managing relationships with 3rd parties, including Fund Managers, Brokers, Pricing Vendors, & TPAs.

Preparing accruals, monthly reconciliations, and management reports

Firm acquired audit experience - preferably big four

Effective communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong research and analysis skills

Ability to manage competing priorities

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Experience in investment management, pension fund or financial services industry is an asset

Post-secondary degree in business, accounting, or finance

Knowledge of eFront and PowerBI is an asset

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately

Ensures proper accounting treatments in accordance with all applicable agreements and accounting principles

Assist with identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives and efficiencies

· Excellent project management, research, analytical, organizational, and time management skills

· Prepare ad hoc reports and projects for the investment department and / or senior management

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools considered an asset

Programming skills (Python, SQL and/or VBA) will be considered an asset

Experience with Caissa (Burgiss Platform) would be an asset
