Verifying offer details, for example, registration numbers, licenses/certifications, sites etc.

Producing offer letters based on standard templates, incorporating additional position-specific details as directed by the Recruiters

Provides support to the Advisors related to the internal posting process, rankings, secondary job codes and internal offer letters.

Provides general administrative support by:

Opening and screening daily mail, redirecting if required

Responding to general inquiries and re-directing candidate applications to Recruiters

Liaise will all levels of Management and provide weekly updates/ reports on the recruitment process and pipeline status.

Manage job postings across all relevant platforms, evaluate applicants and implement initiatives to improve applicant quality.

Experience sourcing through BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter

Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Source candidates for all professional/corporate services roles through active prospecting.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role - retail environment preferred

Reception: Unpack, scan backstock, steam if applicable, and place merchandise on sales floor expeditiously, according to company standards.

Markdowns: Periodically adjust ticketed prices for selected merchandise storewide.

Internal Merchandise Transfers: Prepare stock to transfer to other stores according to company standards.

Maintain receiving and stock areas

Assist as needed with operational activities such as cashier duties and other POS tasks, steaming and visual merchandising.

Some Experience with Costing and Inventory id preferred

Knowledge of accounts payable cycle

Experience working in high volume/transaction environment.

Must have basic math skills Soft Skills Required

Compensation will vary based on experience

Verifies accurate inventory levels, recording inventory of materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles

Minimum 2 years recent HR and Recruitment experience

Experience using linkedin, indeed and other methods for candidate sourcing

Experience writing and posting job ads

Experience conducting referencing and background checks

Experience working with highly confidential information

Superb verbal and written communication skills
