Update inventory records and provide management with inventory reports three times a week.
Ensure daily shipping of all orders through Rubicon to facilitate the closure of consignments in collaboration with the finance team.
Two or more years of experience in a shipping or logistics field.

The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing inventory and logistics strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure that the company has the right amount of stock at all times
• Managing the ordering, stocking, and distribution of products and materials
• Ensuring that the inventory is accurate and up-to-date
• Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the supply chain
• Monitoring and managing the performance of suppliers and vendors
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Preparing reports and presentations on inventory and logistics operations
