Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

The following qualifications, experience and skills are required:

Proactively advance design and modelling techniques to support designers, project managers and technicians;

Support project/client managers in establishing appropriate timelines for deliverables and work with design teams, throughout the offices;

Experience with reviewing structural damage and report preparation for litigation and insurance claims is an asset; and

A minimum of 5 years related work experience

Manage projects, including work plan preparation, budget tracking, safety management and field coordination.

Proficient in project management, data analysis, report-writing.

3-6 years’ applied hydrogeology experience with a focus on contaminated sites projects.

Experience with drilling programs, monitoring well installations, slug/pumping tests and analysis.

Working knowledge of Alberta Tier 1 and 2 Remediation Guidelines and the Contaminated Sites Policy Framework.

Lead field programs, including groundwater and soil monitoring programs, Phase 2 ESAs, and remediations.

Desirable skills, abilities, and experiences for this position are:

•A University degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience
