2+ years of relevant experience (DTC ecommerce brands, primarily)

Strong creative, design and multitasking skills

Create strong visual designs based on given criteria

Evaluate and adapt designs based on feedback provided

Conceptualize ideas and generate content from a variety of ideas

Rate: $62,000-$68,000 per annum + benefits (key is best fit and experience for the role)

Build a brand experience across all digital channels, including web, mobile, landing pages, social media platforms and marketing campaigns

Use your analytical skills and available data to research customer behaviours to improve and create mock-ups for future designs

5+ years of proven work experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques

Experience working in a collaborative team environment

You'll help to define the desired user experience and influence the roadmap to solve user problems.

You’ll work alongside UX Researchers, Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to iterate on new features within the GitLab product.

You’ve got at least a few years of experience designing enterprise software, in particular enterprise agile planning and/or developer tools.

Strong experience following a user-centered or human-centered design approach, in conjunction with design thinking.

You enjoy getting involved in research and usability testing, and you continually look to improve your user research abilities.
