Intermediate Controls Engineer Jobs in Alberta

Experience working closely with various stakeholders including clients, project management, and other technical disciplines

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.

Reporting on engineering and project progress against budget and schedule. and ensure coordination between the engineering, design, and project management teams.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Other disciplines will be considered with the right experience

5+ years of Engineering experience in an oil and gas or related industry

2+ years' experience in the Canadian oil and gas industry.

Strong oral and written communication skills; experience preparing reports that demonstrate technical knowledge.

Strong knowledge/experience of process engineering, mechanical, electrical, and associated interfaces.

Minimum 5 years of related experience within the construction industry.

Experience in heavy industrial environment.

Experience with landfills and Wastewater Treatment plants is considered as asset.

Excellent interpersonal, planning, organizing, judgement, problem solving, conflict resolution, decision-making and communications skills are essential.

5 years of relevant industry experience

Experience with mechanical design and product development Required.

SolidWorks, Enterprise PDM, and TeamCenter experience Required.

Comprehensive technical and practical knowledge of operations, products, company policies, and government regulations

Downhole tool and hydraulics knowledge

Sound analytical and interpretational skills
